Low smoke fire

The two-stage ventilation system of the ash tray ensures that the fire is always supplied with sufficient fresh air and that a clean combustion takes place.

Barbecuing pleasure for everybody

Nobody goes hungry around the BOWL because there is something for everyone on the cast-iron plancha, the classic grill and sear grate with warming ring. You can use them separately or in combination.

Elegant look

The tripod and star stand give the enamelled hemisphere support in all situations. With three points of contact with the ground and the bowl, BOWL is always stable, even when tilted.

Perfection in wood combustion

It's the inside that counts. The ash tray's two-part ventilation system ensures that the wood gets plenty of fresh air in every position. The overwhelming result? The wood burns almost smoke-free, cleanly and completely.

Room for everything

Modern plancha or classic grill - it doesn't have to be an either-or decision. Everything has its place on the BOWL and can even be combined. Even recipes like scrambled eggs or Kaiserschmarrn are possible - there are no limits to your creativity.

BOWL GRID

Healthy grilling

Due to the high temperatures and even heat distribution on the plancha, any liquid that evaporates immediately forms a protective layer between the plancha and the food being grilled. The result? You need little or no fat, the food is crispy on the outside and stays juicy and tender on the inside.

BOWL PLANCHA

Multi-level grilling

The sear grid and warming ring give you extra space for more variety. You can place the sear grate at an adjustable height, place a wok in the holder and keep the finished food at the right temperature on the warming ring.

FAQ

How can I heat the BOWL?

We recommend always grilling with dry firewood. This ensures that the heat required for grilling is transferred better to the plancha or grill grate. Alternatively, you can also use charcoal, or a combination of firewood and charcoal. The BOWLs cannot be operated with pellets.

Can I also use the BOWL 57 accessories for BOWL?

We have taken the BOWL out of our range, which is why you no longer find it on the website. However, every accessory for the BOWL 57 also fits the BOWL and can be used there as well.

How can I clean my planchas?

Use a scraper to remove food and fat residue from the warm plancha after grilling. You can easily push the residue from the plancha towards the centre / fire / embers. You can find a scraper here. When the plancha has cooled down again, we recommend rubbing it with a little cooking oil (not olive oil).
