Where is my package?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will automatically receive your tracking number in a separate email to the email address you provided when placing your order. Please note that for deliveries to Switzerland or the UK, the tracking number will only be activated once the parcel has been handed over to the delivery service provider.
