Completely surprisingly for the höfats team, the BEER BOX was awarded the Stahl Innovationspreis (Steel Innovation Prize) 2018. The "Wirtschaftsvereinigung Stahl" explained the jury's decision with the following words: "The BEER BOX from höfats makes steel simply sexy. It is as simple as it is sophisticated!"

The Steel Innovation Prize is only awarded every three years. With the BEER BOX, höfats prevailed over 190 competitors in the steel design category.
