Which candles do I need for which OVAL CANDLE?
For our OVAL CANDLE 35 you need candles (pillar candles) with a diameter of approx. 5 cm and a maximum length of 10 cm. For our OVAL CANDLE 55, candles (taper candles) with a diameter of 2–2.4 cm and a maximum length of 25 cm are suitable. You can find these candles with size specifications in all common supermarkets or drugstores, as well as in our shop:
How do I remove wax from the bottom of my OVAL CANDLE?
The built-in base below the candle holder is specifically designed to catch dripping wax. When cold, it can easily be unscrewed from the holder and the wax removed. This way you can enjoy your candlelight without worrying about wax stains underneath the OVAL CANDLE!
Do I need to buy the suspension system separately?
No, each OVAL CANDLE always comes with a stand and a cord made of heat-resistant aramid for hanging. A screw hook and wall plug are not included. Only the wall mount for our OVAL CANDLE is a separate accessory that must be purchased separately. You can find it here:
