Burning for bikes

Ruben builds mountain bikes. His bikes can claim to be the best and most durable on the market - built sustainably and with passion in his workshop in Kempten, in the immediate vicinity of höfats.

Friends on a visit

Flo is on the höfats team and earlier was a ski cross athlete. He brought along Johanna, world champion telemark skier and passionate mountain biker. The two of them come for the full programme. Along with Ruben, they head out to stress-test his bikes. At this level, riding downhill means above all full focus on the moment, on the here and now. No past, no future, no everyday life. Just the outdoors and the trail.

After the tour there's cold beer and finger food. It comes with a fire. BEER BOX can be stacked. In Ruben’s facility, there is more than one BEER BOX. So the three get busy building a fire and barbecue pit from several of the practical fire baskets.
